Ingredients:
Cocktail
o ½ ounce Crème de
Cacao (light)
o ½ ounce white Crème de
Menthe (white)
o 4 ounces cold strong coffee
o 1 cup coffee ice cream
Garnish
o whipped cream
Method:
1. Combine cocktail
ingredients in a blender and
process until smooth.
2. Serve in a hurricane glass.
3. Top with whipped cream.
Comments:
This is a sweet and tasty
milkshake that any kid would
love. However, its double shot
of espresso and two liqueurs
should at least earn it a rating
of PG-17. Parental discretion
is advised.
