Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ¼ ounces Remy Martin
VSOP Cognac
o ¾ ounce Licor 43 (Cuarenta
Y Tres)
o 2 teaspoons Lillet Rouge
o 2 ounces fresh orange juice
Garnish
o lemon twist
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
over ice in a mixing glass.
2. Serve up in a chilled
cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with lemon twist.
Comments:
This is a good combination of
ingredients but we feel the
proportions may need
tweaking. There is too much of
something. Perhaps less orange
juice or perhaps less Cuarenta
Y Tres. Or perhaps some more
Cognac is the answer. We vote
for the latter
