Holly’s Jalapeño Daiquiri

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o kosher salt

o 1 jalapeño pepper

o 3 ounces Mount Gay Silver

rum

o 1 ounce fresh lime juice

o 1 ounce Simple Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

Garnish

o 1 jalapeño pepper


Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a

cocktail glass and invert it into

a shallow dish of kosher salt

to coat the rim.

2. Muddle of Jalapeño pepper

in a shaker.

3. Add ice and remaining

cocktail ingredients and shake.

4. Strain into prepared glass.

5. Garnish with additional

pepper.


Comments:

More interesting than your

Plain-Jane daiquiri. Get to

know your Jalapeño before you

muddle and adjust amount

to taste.
