Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 pat of soft butter

o 1 teaspoon brown sugar

o 1 dash ground cinnamon

o 1 dash ground nutmeg

o 1 dash ground allspice

o 1 splash vanilla extract

o 2 ounces Gosling’s Black

Seal rum (151 Proof)

o 5 ounces hot, but not boiling

water

Garnish

o cinnamon stick


Method:

1. Muddle butter and

flavorings in a cup or mug.

2. Add the rum and water

and stir.

3. Garnish with cinnamon

stick.


Comments:

It is 100% what it says it is.

Easy to see why this has long

been prescribed for colds and

flus both real and imagined.
