Imperial Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Bombay gin

o 1 ½ ounces Lillet Blanc

o 1 dash Maraschino liqueur

o 1 dash Angostura bitters or

to taste

Garnish

o Tillen Farms Merry

Maraschino cherry or lemon

peel


Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a cocktail

glass.

3. Garnish with cherry or

lemon peel.


Comments:

This is the classic Imperial

Cocktail mentioned in Daly’s

Bartender’s Encyclopedia

(1903). Similar to the Imperial

Martini which we also detail

but different enough to

warrant a place of its own.
