Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Bombay Sapphire
gin
o ½ ounce Chambord
o ½ ounce Kahlúa
o 1 teaspoon fresh lemon
juice
o 1 teaspoon grenadine or to
taste
o 2 ounces cold strong coffee
or espresso
Garnish
o orange peel
Method
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with orange peel.
Comments:
This one took some work. First,
we switched to Sapphire gin.
We also reduced the Chambord
and added Kahlúa. The result
of that labor was the birth of
a new caffeinated cocktail.
