In the Clover Coffee

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Bombay Sapphire

gin

o ½ ounce Chambord

o ½ ounce Kahlúa

o 1 teaspoon fresh lemon

juice

o 1 teaspoon grenadine or to

taste

o 2 ounces cold strong coffee

or espresso

Garnish

o orange peel


Method

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with orange peel.


Comments:

This one took some work. We

switched to Sapphire gin;

reduced the Chambord and

added Kahlúa. In the process

of doing all that, a new

cocktail was born.
