Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Blood Orange
Infused Vodka
(see: Syrups etc.)
o 3 ounces Fever-Tree Tonic
Water
Garnish
o lime wedge
Method:
1. Combine in an ice-filled
Collins glass and stir gently.
2. Squeeze a lime wedge over
the drink and drop it in as a
garnish.
Comments:
At a bar a man sits, back to
the window, studying the pink
cocktail in front of him. Two
women enter and sit at the far
end of the bar. As the bar has
just opened, it’s clear they are
there to enjoy their own
company.
Bartender, “What will you
ladies have?”
Women #1, looks around, sees
the cocktail at the other end of
the bar glowing pink in the
late afternoon sun, and says,
“I’ll have what he’s having.”
