Ingredients:
Cocktail
o ¼ ounce Pernod Absinthe
Supérieure
o 1 ounce Tullamore DEW
Irish whiskey
o 4 ounces chilled Irish
Breakfast tea
o 1 dash of Simple Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
Garnish
o lemon peel
Method:
1. Swirl absinthe in a double
Old-Fashioned glass and
discard excess.
2. Add ice and the remaining
cocktail ingredients to the
prepared glass and stir briefly.
3. Garnish with lemon peel.
