Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Tullamore DEW
Irish whiskey
o ¾ ounce Kahlúa
o 1 teaspoon brown sugar
o 4 ounces strong hot coffee
or espresso
Garnish
o Lightly whipped sweetened
cream
Method:
1. Stir to combine cocktail
ingredients in a glass.
2. Slowly pour cream over a
spoon.
Comments:
This is pretty much what we
think an Irish coffee or for
that matter any caffeinated
cocktail should be like. Not
too sweet. Not too bitter. With
enough caffeine to revive you
but not make you rattled.
Unless you drink too many of
them, which you might be
tempted to do.
