Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Woodford Reserve
bourbon
o ½ ounce Maraschino liqueur
o 1-2 dashes Pernod Absinthe
Supérieure
o ½ ounce agave syrup
o 1 dash orange bitters or to
taste
o 6 ounces cold brew coffee
Garnish
o grated nutmeg
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve over ice in a large
wine glass.
3. Garnish with grated
nutmeg.
Comments:
This is a great coffee cocktail
if you need to be perked up.
As usual, the absinthe is
evident but not in a bad way.
