Ingredients:

Cocktail

o sugar

o 1 ounce J. Wray White

Jamaican rum

o 1 ounce Tia Maria

o 4 ounces strong hot coffee

or espresso

Garnish

o whipped cream

o grated allspice


Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a cup

or mug and invert it into a

shallow dish of sugar to coat

the rim.

2. Add remaining cocktail

ingredients to the prepared

cup.

3. Top with whipped cream.

4. Garnish with grated

allspice.


Comments:

This is what fortified coffee

should be. Hot, tasty, and

definitely fortified. The freshly

whipped cream makes it sweet,

and the allspice makes it a

little exotic.
