Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces J. Wray White
Jamaican rum
o ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
o ¾ ounce Simple Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
o 2 ounces cold strong coffee
or espresso
Garnish
o lime wheel
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve over ice in a cocktail
glass.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Comments:
We found this to be a very
refreshing caffeinated cocktail.
We used a double espresso
which seemed to balance the
lime nicely.
