Jamaican Martini

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 3 ounces Bombay Sapphire

gin

o ½ ounce red wine

o 1 tablespoon Gosling’s Black

Seal rum (151 Proof)

o 1 dash Hella Orange bitters

or to taste

Garnish

o 1 slice of cherry or Jalapeño

pepper


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Strain into a chilled

martini glass.

3. Garnish with pepper slice.


Comments:

Tip the garnish into the drink

time you’ve finished, you’ll be

discussing the relative merits

of your favorite Caribbean

restaurants.
