Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Flor de Caña
Extra Seco rum
o 2 ounces Lillet Rouge
Garnish
o lemon twist
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
over ice in a mixing glass.
2. Serve up in a chilled
martini glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon
twist.
Comments:
Because of the Lillet Rouge we
feel this could be an
interesting alternative for wine
with dinner. Having said that,
equal parts liquor and liqueur
may be “perfect” for some,
others may prefer a less Lillet.
