Kabuki Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces sake

o ½ ounce Triple Sec

o ½ ounce Lemon Squash

(see: Syrups etc.)

o 1 ounce Rose’s Lime Juice

o ½ ounce Simple Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

Garnish

o lime peel


Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a

cocktail glass with lime juice

and invert it into a shallow

dish of salt and grated lime

zest to coat the rim.

2. Shake remaining cocktail

ingredients over ice.

3. Strain into prepared glass.

4. Garnish with lime peel.


Comments:

We didn’t know what to expect

looking at the ingredients and

were pleasantly surprised with

the result. A “refreshing on

a warm day” kind of cocktail.
