Kahlúa and Rum Coconut Coffee

(Serves Two)

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 3 ounces Mount Gay XO rum

o 1 ounce Kahlúa

o 8 ounces cold strong coffee

o 3 ounces coconut milk

Garnish

o whipped cream

o cocoa powder


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in glass mug or

large cocktail glass.

3. Top with whipped cream

and garnish with cocoa

powder.


Comments:

Light but not sweet. Coconutty

but not in a crazy way. We

used Lavazza Gran Selezione

coffee. For more depth you

might try a double shot of your

favorite espresso.
