Kentucky Brewed Coffee

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Jim Beam

Bonded bourbon

o ½ ounce Grand Marnier

o ¼ ounce maple syrup

o 4 ounces strong hot coffee

or double espresso

Garnish

o whipped cream

o grated orange zest


Method:

1. Combine cocktail ingredi-

ents in a cup or mug.

2. Top with whipped cream.

3. Garnish with orange zest.


Comments:

We used a Vienna Roast coffee.

The resultant flavor is a

surprising tobacco note.
