Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ½ ounce Mount Gay
Eclipse rum
o ½ ounce Chambord liqueur
o 1 teaspoon Dry Curaçao
o ½ ounce fresh lime juice
Garnish
o lime wheel
o raspberries
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve over ice in an
Old-Fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel
and raspberries.
Comments:
An interesting assemblage of
ingredients that don’t quite
play together as nicely as you
might expect. It’s a strong and
refreshing cocktail,
nevertheless.
