Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Pedro Domencq

Fundador brandy

o ¼ ounce Fernet~Branca

o ¼ ounce Maraschino liqueur

o 1 dash Hella Citrus bitters

or to taste

o ¼ ounce Grenadine

Garnish

o lemon twist

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Strain into an

Old-Fashioned glass.

3. Express lemon twist over

glass and drop in for garnish.

Comments:

This is a satisfyingly bitter

cocktail and an excellent way

to understand what

Fernet~Branca is all about.
