Reposado tequila
o 2 ounces cold strong coffee
or espresso
o 2 ounces almond milk
o 2-3 drops Bittermens
Xocolatl Mole bitters or to taste
Garnish
o grated Ibarra Mexican
chocolate
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Strain into a martini glass.
3. Garnish with grated
chocolate.

A tribute to Latin America
before it became either Latin
or American. A caffeinated
cocktail that seems strangely
appropriate after a day spent
drinking Corpse Revivers
and maybe a Zombie or two.
