Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Gosling’s Black
Seal rum (151 Proof)
o ½ ounce Crème de Cassis
o 2 ounces pineapple juice
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.
Comments:
This doesn’t taste like what
you might expect an overproof
rum and pineapple cocktail to
taste like. This isn’t necessarily
