Lavender Daiquiri

PH factor: 9.0

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Wray and Nephew

Overproof White Jamaican rum

o 1 ounce fresh lime juice

o 1 ounce Lavender Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o 1-2 dashes The Cocktail

Experiment Lavender bitters or

to taste

Garnish

o lavender sprig and lime

wheel

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a chilled

martini glass.

3. Garnish with lavender

sprig and lime wheel.

Comments:

Rum, lime, and lavender now

that’s something completely

different. This is also one of

those cocktails where

everything is balanced and no

one ingredient stands out to

the detriment of the rest.
