Lavender Syrup

Ingredients:

o 2 cups granulated sugar

o 1 cup water

o 3 tablespoons fresh or dried

lavender flowers


Method:

1. Combine flowers, sugar

and water in a saucepan and

bring to a boil.

2. Reduce heat and simmer

stirring occasionally for 15

minutes.

3. Let cool and steep for at an

hour or until you ate satisfied

with the flavor.

4. Fine strain into an airtight

container and discard the

solids.

5. Seal well and refrigerate.
