(Serves Two)
Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Mount Gay XO
rum
o 4 ounces cold strong coffee
or espresso
o 1 ½ tablespoons Demerara
sugar
o 4 slices of lemon
o 8 ounces ice water
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
over ice in a mixing glass to
dissolve sugar and chill the
mixture.
2. Serve over ice in glasses
or mugs.
3. Divide lemon slices
equitably.
Comments:
This can also be made by the
pitcher. Simply increase the
above amounts by the number
of quests. We suggest not
making extra as the dilution
from the melting ice could be
problematic for round two.
