Ingredients:
o 2/3 cup sugar
o 2 2/3 cups water
o 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
Method:
1. Combine sugar and 2/3
cup water in a saucepan and
bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer
stirring to dissolve sugar.
3. Remove from heat and let
cool.
4. Add lemon juice and
remaining water to sugar
mixture and stir to combine.
5. Fine strain into an airtight
container.
6. Seal well and refrigerate.
