Ingredients:
Cocktail
o ½ ounce Remy Martin VSOP
cognac
o 1 ½ ounces Lillet Blanc
o ½ ounce fresh lime juice
o 1 ounce fresh orange juice
o 1 teaspoon Honey Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
Garnish
o rosemary sprig
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve up a cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a rosemary
sprig.
Comments:
This is very pleasant
alternative to wine with
lunch. Don’t dismiss the
rosemary sprig. You’ll find
that the aroma compliments
the taste with every sip.
