Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 3 ounces Bombay Sapphire

gin

o 1 ounce Sambuca

Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

Comments:

Because of its reliance on

cheap coal for heating and

power generation the famous

London fog was more

correctly London Smog. The

pollution is now largely gone

and what we are left with is

a smooth, licorice tasting,

cocktail.
