(Serves Two)
Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 4 ounces Flor de Caña Extra
Seco rum
o 2 ounces Aperol
o 4 ounces pineapple juice
o 1 egg white (optional)
Garnish
o rose petals
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
without ice.
2. Add ice and shake again
to chill.
3. Double strain into two
cocktail glasses.
4. Garnish with rose petals.
Comments:
The combination of Aperol
and pineapple is one that we
haven’t encountered before.
The result is therefore unlike
anything we’ve encountered.
It does take some getting
used to. At least three sips.
