Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 3 ounces Madeira

o 3 ounces Fever-Tree Tonic

Water

Garnish

o lemon wedge


Method:

1. Combine in an ice-filled

Collins glass.

2. Stir lightly.

3. Garnish lemon wedge.


Comments:

The bitterness of the tonic

plays well with the sweetness

of the Madeira resulting in a

tall cold cocktail that is very

good alone or with food.
