Ingredients:
o 2-3 fresh ripe mangos
peeled and cubed
o 750 milliliters of vodka
or clear spirit of your choice
Method:
1. Half fill a Mason jar with
diced mango then fill the jar
with the spirit of your choice.
2. Tightly seal and place in a
cool dark location.
3. Shake your mangos first
thing each morning and last
thing each night. Repeat daily
for five to seven days.
4. Double strain into an
airtight container
(first, sieve to remove mango
cubes; then fine sieve or filter
through paper.
5. Seal well and refrigerate.
NOTE: You could discard the
mango cubes, or you could
serve them on top of your
favorite ice cream.
