Maple Bacon Breakfast Martini

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Grey Goose vodka

o ½ ounce Licor 43

(Cuarenta Y Tres)

o ½ ounce maple syrup

o 1 egg white

o 1 ounce cream

Garnish

o BACON


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

without ice.

2. Add ice and shake to chill.

3. Fine strain and serve up in

a martini glass.

4. Garnish with crispy bacon,

extra thick, please.


Comments:

Some people may not like the

idea of having meat in their

martinis. To them I say it’s

not meat, it’s BACON!
