o 1 ounce Hennessy VS cognac
o ½ ounce Bénédictine D.O.M.
o ¼ ounce Galliano
o 4 ounces strong hot coffee
Method:
1. Combine cocktail
ingredients in a warmed cup
or mug.
2. Stir gently.
3. Enjoy.
Comments:
This is well balanced with just
the small amount of Galliano.
Even a little more would
change the flavor profile of
this coffee.
