Mint Chocolate Chip Martini

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Bombay gin

o ½ ounce Crème de Menthe

(green)

o 1 ounce Godiva White

Chocolate liqueur

o 2 scoops mint chocolate

chip ice cream

Garnish

o mint sprig


Method:

1. Blend all until smooth.

2. Serve up in a martini

glass.

3. Garnish with mint sprig.


Comments:

A bit like a Grasshopper if

said grasshopper had a chip

on its shoulder.
