Mocha Margarita

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o turbinado sugar

o 2 ounces 1800 Reposado

tequila

o ½ ounce Crème de Cacao

(dark)

o ½ cup chocolate ice cream

o 2 ounces cold strong coffee

or double espresso


Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a cock-

tail or Margarita glass and

invert it into a shallow dish of

turbinado sugar to coat the rim.

2. Blend or shake remaining

cocktail ingredients until

smooth.

3. Serve up in the prepared

glass.


Comments:

Some recipes call for a mixture

of salt and sugar to rim. When

we tried it we felt the salt was

a distraction. We therefore

suggest rimming the glass with

turbinado sugar only.
