Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Finlandia vodka
o 1 ounce Bénédictine D.O.M.
o 2 ounces pineapple juice
Garnish
o pineapple wedge
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve up in cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with pineapple
wedge.
Comments:
This is a little sweet and it is
fruity, thanks to the pineapple.
We think that makes this an
excellent daytime cocktail and
well worth a try.
