Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Hennessy VS
cognac
o 1 ounce Sandeman Tawny
Porto (20-Years-Old)
o 1 espresso chilled
o ½ ounce agave nectar
o 1 whole egg
Garnish
o grated nutmeg
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
without ice.
2. Add ice and shake again
to chill.
3. Double strain into a
cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with freshly
grated nutmeg.
Comments:
This tastes like morning coffee
should. Given the fact that
there is an egg in it, it could be
argued that it tastes like your
entire breakfast should.
