Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 cup fresh mango cubed
o 5 tarragon leaves
o 2 ½ ounces Mango Infused
Vodka (see: Syrups etc.)
o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
o ½ ounce Mango Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
Garnish
o tarragon sprig
o mango peel
Method:
1. Muddle mango and 5
tarragon leaves in a cocktail
shaker.
2. Add ice and remaining
cocktail ingredients and shake.
3. Double strain into martini
glass.
4. Garnish with tarragon
and/or mango peel.
Comments:
Alternatively, you could puree
fresh mango with enough
water to become drinkable.
Of course, this “muddles” the
definition of martini even
more.
