Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Mount Gay XO rum
o 1 ounce Sandeman Tawny
Porto (20-Years-Old)
o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
o ½ teaspoon superfine sugar
o 1 egg white
o Fever-Tree Premium Club
Soda
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
except soda without ice.
2. Add ice and shake again
to chill.
3. Double strain into a chilled
collins glass.
4. Top with soda.
Comments:
Based on the classic Chicago
Fizz but with enough
substitutions to warrant a
name change. So, we borrowed
a line from Old Blue Eyes,
"Chicago is my kind of fizz, er
town".
