Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Crown Royal
o ¾ ounce Pimm’s No.1 Cup
o ¾ ounce Simple Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
o 4 ounces Fever-Tree Ginger
Beer
Garnish
o cucumber slice
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve over ice in a Collins
glass.
3. Top with ginger beer.
4. Garnish with cucumber
slice.
Comments:
We have quite a few Pimm’s
No.1 Cup cocktails several of
which are mixed with ginger
beer and garnished with
cucumber. This may be the
easiest to make and to drink of
them all. It's an excellent
summertime refresher.
