Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces St. Germain
liqueur
o ¾ ounce Fernet-Branca
o 2 ounces cold brew coffee
o Fever-Tree Elderflower tonic
water
Garnish
o orange peel
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
except tonic over ice in a
Collins glass.
2. Top with tonic.
3. Garnish with orange peel.
Comments:
It’s all about the ingredients.
The St. Germain adds a floral
sweetness to balance acidity
of the cold brew. The Fernet~
Branca, well, it does what
Fernet~Branca always does
and the elderflower tonic
compliments and calms all
of the above. As unusual as
all this might sound, it tastes
fantastic.
