Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Pimm’s No.1
Cup
o 4 ounces strong hot coffee
or double espresso
Garnish
o 1 ounce lightly whipped
cream
Method:
1. Combine coffee and
liqueur in a glass mug or
cocktail glass.
2. Float cream on top.
Comments:
If you use espresso, as we do,
you may want to add some
sweetener. Perhaps extra
confectioners' sugar added
to the whipped cream would
do the trick.
