Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Calvados
o 1 teaspoon brown sugar
o 4 ounces strong hot coffee
Garnish
o heavy cream whipped
o brown sugar
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients in
a warm mug to dissolve sugar.
2. Top with whipped cream
and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
Comments:
This is a fine cup of coffee.
Smoother than some and not
as strong as some others. If
you prefer something stronger
try adding more Calvados.
Sometimes the simplest
solutions are the best.
