Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Bombay gin
o ¼ ounce Crème de Cacao
(dark)
o ¾ ounce decaf cold-brew
coffee
o ½ ounce Cardamom
Allspice Cordial
(see: Syrups etc.)
o Fever-Tree Tonic Water
Garnish
o mint sprig
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
except tonic over ice.
2. Strain into an ice-filled
collins glass.
3. Top with tonic water.
4. Garnish with mint sprig.

When we first looked at this
we said, “Really? Are we really
going to do this? ” Well, we
did, and it turned out to be a
light, refreshing cocktail that
is very good with food.
