Ingredients:
o ¾ cup water
o 1 ½ cups sugar
o 1 tablespoon fresh lemon
juice
o 2 teaspoons orange blossom
water
Method:
1. Combine sugar and water
in a saucepan and bring to a
boil.
2. Reduce heat, add juice and
simmer stirring occasionally
until mixture reaches a syrup-
like consistency.
3. Remove from heat, add
orange blossom water, and let
cool.
4. Strain into an airtight
container.
5. Seal well and refrigerate.
