Peat’s Dragon

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Johnnie Walker

Blue Label scotch

o 1 ounce Ilegal mezcal

o ½ ounce Manzanilla sherry

o ½ ounce agave nectar

o ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice

Garnish

o lemon wheel dehydrated or

flamed


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve over ice in an

Old-Fashioned glass.

3. Garnish with lemon wheel.


Comments:

Peaty in terms of scotch equals

smoky which makes sense as

we are talking about a cocktail

named for a fire breathing

dragon. We used Johnnie

Walker Blue Label which is

only a wee bit peaty. Use a

single malt from Islay, like

Laphroaig or Talisker, if it's

more smoke you’re after.
