Persian Black Tea and Orange Blossom Syrup

Ingredients:

o 2 tablespoons Persian black

tea

o ½ teaspoon orange blossom

water

o 8 ounce water

o 8 ounce sugar


Method:

1. Bring sugar and water to a

boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.

2. Remove from heat, add tea

and orange blossom water.

3. Steep for 25 minutes.

4. Fine strain into an airtight

container discarding solids.

5. Seal well and refrigerate.
