Pink Lady Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces Bombay gin

o ½ ounce Calvados

o ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice

o ½ ounce grenadine or

to taste

o egg white


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

without ice.

2. Add ice and shake again to

chill.

3. Serve up in a cocktail glass.


Comments:

This is a tasty drink with or

without the egg white. In fact,

you may want to try this

without the egg white first

to get the flavor the way you

like it. Then add the egg white

to subsequent ones. Who

wouldn’t want their pink

ladies to be a little fancy?
