Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Johnnie Walker
Red Label scotch
o 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
o 1 ounce Honey Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
o egg white
Garnish
o Johnnie Walker Blue Label
scotch
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
without ice.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Fine strain into a cocktail
glass.
4. Garnish with 5 drops of
Blue Label.
Comments:
Thanks to the egg white this is
smoother and creamier than
most scotch cocktails. Feel free
to use any peaty scotch as the
"garnish".
