Polar Bear Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Crème de Cacao

(light)

o 1 ounce Crème de Menthe

(white)

o 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Garnish

o mint sprig


Method:

1. Blend all until smooth.

2. Serve up in a Hurricane

glass.

3. Garnish with mint sprig.


Comments:

If made with green Crème de

Menthe it would be a frozen

Grasshopper though why a

grasshopper would be in

polar bear country is beyond

us.
