Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Gosling’s Black
Seal 151rum
o 1 ounce Sandeman Tawny
Porto (20-Year-Old)
o ½ ounce fresh lime juice
o ½ ounce fresh orange juice
o 3 ounces pineapple juice
o ½ ounce Honeysuckle and
Black Pepper syrup
o 1 dash Hella Ginger bitters
or to taste
Garnish
o lemon peel
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve over ice in a
hurricane glass.
3. Garnish with lemon peel.
Comments:
This is not your usual tall
fruity tropical drink. It is tall
and fruity, especially if you use
Ceylon oranges as we did, but
the 151, ginger bitters and the
syrup make it a cocktail for
all occasions.
